What counts as one credit?
One credit is consumed each time you submit a note for AI extraction and enrichment. Re-submitting the same note uses another credit.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets 10 free extraction credits with full platform access. No credit card required.
Do credits roll over?
No. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. You can purchase add-on packs anytime if you need more mid-month.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
